At Britt Legacy LLC, we believe in honoring time, planning, and purpose. We understand that unexpected changes happen, and we aim to handle cancellations with transparency and respect—for both parties.
Consulting & Strategy Services
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this window will not incur a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may Clients may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund. Within 7 days, cancellations are eligible for partial credit only, which may be applied to future offerings.be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Workshops & Group Programs

No-Shows
A missed appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Custom Engagements
For longer-term or custom projects, cancellation terms will be defined in the individual agreement or contract.
