At Britt Legacy LLC, our work is rooted in purpose, strategy, and mutual respect. We strive to deliver value through every engagement, and we stand behind the services we provide. That said, we understand that circumstances may change—and we aim to handle those moments with transparency and fairness.

Consulting & Strategy Services
Due to the time, planning, and insight invested into our services, all consulting and strategy fees are non-refundable once the engagement has begun. However, if a session or deliverable has not been started, clients may request a cancellation with no penalty.
Digital Products & Downloads
All sales of digital content (templates, guides, workbooks, etc.) are final. Refunds will not be issued for digital products once delivered or downloaded, as they are considered irrevocable purchases.
Workshops & Events
Refunds for workshops, trainings, or special events may be granted if cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Within 7 days, only partial refunds or credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
